Products: Rotary Casting

Our advanced rotary casting process eliminates the need for molds and can produce a diverse mix of polyester and polyether covers. The process directly deposits a highly-reactive mix of polyurethane reagents directly onto solid, hollow steel or lightweight fiberglass cores. Within minutes, the covers are cast. After curing for a day the rolls are ready for surface finishing.

This process is far more flexible than the standard mold technology, since we can direct cast onto any kind of rotational-symmetric body. Quick and energy efficient, the process allows us to cast without first having to remove bearings and housings from the journals, saving additional time and cost.

We are capable of casting and finishing roll sizes from only a few inches long up to 500-inches (12.7 m) and 86-inches (2.1m) in diameter.
